I have been re-reading our correspondence about attempts to buy the above book from the Musée des Blindés. I can't believe it's seven years ago.

Anyway, you might remember that the results were mixed, to say the least. However, the museum is now offering the book for sale on its website.

https://www.museedesblindes.fr/en/to-the-museum-shop/bookstore/item/dawn-of-glory You can't actually buy it online, but you can negotiate the purchase.

I paid 8 euros for mine. They are now asking 30. It's been overtaken by events now, but it's still very useful.

BTW, there was talk a while ago of the mueum being privatised. Did anything come of it? I wonder if our friend Michel has any news? I also notice that the curator, lieutenant-colonel Pierre Garnier de Labareyre, has recently moved on after 7 years in the post and been replaced by his deputy Pierre-Henri Delorge.
