I couldn't get any information of the early turret so I filed of the front and rear parts evenly at the top and the bottom but the side parts only at the bottom so I could use the roof of the kit without modify it but I don't know if that is correct.
I have my doubts of my turret. Perhaps the sides remained the same height and only the top of the roof should be lower. If so the angles of the roof are wrong on mine and the turret should have a flatter appearance.
Right or wrong. I finally have an early car.
