Hello, do we still have people with access to the Patent Office? I'm looking for more information about Cowan's 'tank' to flesh out a brief article.

I wrote about it for Tanks Encyclopedia a couple of years ago having got the patent copied. Sadly there was no image in the patent and it was only a provisional specification anyway.
