The Filatov looks like an armoured version of the old Reliant Regal Supervan (better known to many British TV viewers as a Trottermobile*) However moving away from the anachronism it certainly seems odd - a three wheel armoured car. Apparently some 30 -31 were built about 1915-16, ten with two mg, 20 with 1 mg and apparently one with a 30mm cannon (probably fell of the back of an armoured lorry). I'd like to know more but cannot find anything. Photo enclosed.
[*no Trotter's ITC did not use a Robin that was a later and more sophisticated vehicle - with three wheels]
The book of Baryatinskiy & Kolomiets "Armoured cars of Russian Army 1906-1917" include the chapter about Filatov's 3-wheel AC. Did you have this book? I can make translation of this chapter, but it is needs some time.
No I don't have that book - I don't think its available outside specialist book shops here and for someone like me who lives right out in the countryside these things are less easy to get hold of. A translation would be very welcome indeed but please there is no hurry.

oh I was thinking it would be quicker for him to email the russian text first, so I would find out about the car sooner
