Ident of gun on Turkish gun boat

Had a request for an identification of a gun (attached) on the Turkish gunboat Sultanhiser taken in 1915.

The writing on the image seems to make reference to "AE 2" - an Australian submarine that penetrated the Dardenelles 

before the April 1915 landings. The AE 2 was eventually scuttled and its still on the seabed.

The text says: Geschützbedienung Sultan Hissar die englisches UBoot AE2 zerschoß - gun crew of Sultan Hisar which shot English submarine AE2 to pieces.

Sultan Hisar (launched 1907) was armed with two 37-mm Hotchkiss QF guns (and 3 torpedo tubes), so this ought to be one of them.
