Is it #527 Lotti? At a guess the photo was taken after 1 June 1918 when it was abandoned after it had got stuck in a French trench with the clutches

burned out. The hull looks to have hit by shellfire multiple times - the  door and probably some of the armour on the left front is missing, there's a hole in the

roof at the front and the turret seems to have pushed in though without penetration. The Tankograd A7V book says it remained on the battlefield until cleared by

the French in 1921
