Was there a standard size for the unditching beam on the Mark IV? The beam seems to be just under 11 feet (about 3300mm) long
and the shackles for the chains are located on the center lines of the track frames. Judging from period images there seem to have been
variations in the cross section of the beam itself. Anyone?
