Another tank from a fevered imagination. This one is apparently a Russian dream from about 1916/17

This first appeared in an English Newspaper and was taken over by the Germans, or vice versa. Don't know who printed this first, England or Germany.

Don't mean to be picky but in this case how do you know where it appeard first or even if it appeared elsewhere first? The site I found it in showed it on a page surrounded with cyrillic script. Not I think that its that important.
