Hi, this would be the Renault NC sometimes called the NC27 ten were sold to Japan but they were not a success.. one is said to exist in Sweden?
It was originally intended that the french armys large number of  ft17s should be modified and this was a prototype for the modification it was capable of 18.5KPH... eventually the french army would except a distant relative of this tank the NC31 for series production as the Char D1...

The Royal Yugoslav army used the NC27 as well in 1941, as the only other user besides Japan. There's a photo in one of Steve Zaloga's books on the Eastern Front with a knocked out NC27.
As a model, there is an unconfirmed model in 1/72 from Fairey Planning in Japan, but that's practically impossible to obtain.

Yugoslavia did not have tanks Renault NC 27 but Renault Kegres M 28 and to 21 a pieces. NC 27 and M 28 are very different models.
