Wasn't someone looking for a downloadable card model of the Tsar Tank a while back?


If so, I've found it - parts can be downloaded following the 'Download' link at the bottom of the following page:

It was created by Steven Marshall (with whom I have no connection) and really looks rather splendid!

Many thanks.
The detail of the card model is incredible, although the spoked wheels are a cheat - but paper spokes would be a mission!
The site quite often is inaccessible, and Steven advises that this is a hosting server problem, so it just requires repeated tries.
Be aware that there is somewher around 12MB of download, so if you're not broadband, it's a long wait.

I've just got the main files downloaded by a friend with a 4MB ADSL line (green with envy).
The drawings are awesome - it is by far the best card model that I've seen.
Very easy for the braille scale to downsize on a photostat machine or, do as I'm going to do, blow up to 1/35 and scratchbuild in plastic/wood/fuse wire (if the last mentioned is stioll available).
Well worth looking at and any questions responded to very quickly by the author.
