After the bad news about Airfix and the need to stock up on its Mk. I there is more bad news from the WW1 smallscale front: Il Principe Nero is to seize production as of Decemeber this year.

This actually just a little bit short of a disaster, as Gabriele Z. is probably one of the very best master builders in Europe today, AND he is into the WW1-era. All his kits are SUPER!!! Have just finished building his 15cm Autokanone, and it is a gem!!!


Whatever he has done, it is FIRST RATE!


Why does he quit? Anyone know? Is it another example of a Hobby-person being TOO successful? Turning his Hobby into a Business, and then getting fed up?


Anyway: hats off to a very gifted person!
