Looking for German Beute Photos and German Tank Recovery operation equipment
Permalink

Hello Gentleman

I am doing an extensive research project on German tank recovery operations during The Great War, and there use of Beute tanks. I know this subject was talked about awhile ago, But I am in search of photo’s of  lifting jacks, lifting cranes, rail and vehicle based. Field modified hauling and lifting machines, purpose built machine for hauling and lifting, as well as the heavy rail cars used in the transport of these tanks. Any and all Beute photos especially those at Charleroi during repairing, and dismantling. I am not interested in photos of destroyed Beute tanks, just photos that clearly show camouflage and markings, and crew members. Any and all information would as always be extremely appreciated.

All the Best
