You beat me to it - slightly cleared version of the same photo from Autocannoni, Autoblinde e Veicoli Speciali Del Regio Esercito Italiano Nella Prima Guerra Mondiale byDr Guilio Benussi. According to Olysalager this is 1913 possibly early 1914.

IMO these soliders do NOT look like Austrians, so I believed that they are Romanians. But they are in fact Italians!

As I do not know about your command on German, I'll translate the stuff from the HEIGL's source:

Italy, AFVs:
The capable italian automotive industry engaged itself early with the construction of AFVs. As early as 1913 the below depicted BIANCHI-Car was used in Tripolis. During WW1 the one- and double turreted AFVs type Ansoldo and the single-turreted Bianche have been introduced which at the moment (1936) are replaced by newer models while the elder ones are transferred to friendly nations like Albania.
