You beat me to it - slightly cleared version of the same photo from Autocannoni, Autoblinde e Veicoli Speciali Del Regio Esercito Italiano Nella Prima Guerra Mondiale byDr Guilio Benussi. According to Olysalager this is 1913 possibly early 1914.
